Great Building and Location! The room was super clean and fancy with cool stuff like a hair dryer, a nice walk-in shower, and fluffy towels. 🌟

The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and the pool area is peaceful and serene. The breakfast spread was delicious and there was something for everyone. we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the beautiful scenery that this city has to offer.

The room service is efficient and prompt, and one can enjoy a wide range of delicious meals and beverages at the restaurant.

It is disappointing that there are no nearby food restaurants, and guests are only provided with an expensive dinner buffet.

The staff at Lake View Munnar Resort were cute and friendly. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room we had was well-equipped and the service was excellent. We were also impressed with the beautiful scenery surrounding the resort. While there could have been more variety in the food options, the dishes we tried were delicious.

Spending my Christmas holiday at this resort was one of the best decisions I made. The resort location was perfect, as it was not too far from the city center. The luxury rooms were spacious and well equipped, with plenty of natural light. The swimming pool offered a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. The service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that there were no English or Hindi channels available on the TV. The lack of options for TV channels was a letdown.

Spent Easter at this resort and it was a wonderful experience. the staff was really helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary chocolates and a bottle of mineral water in our room. the resort's location was perfect for our taste - secluded and surrounded by lush greenery. the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

A small downside was that the bed was too cushioned for us to get a good night's sleep. the restaurant lacked soap and the staff did not refill it even after being informed.
